INTRODUCTION. THAT WONDERFUL YEAR--1963-1964. Life has many precious moments for everyone, and this year was no exception. For the Seniors, it's the end of 12 Ion years of school life and the beginning of an entirely new world. The Juniors received their class rings and are looking forward to next year with its Mighty Seniorism. The 1963-1964 year also saw improvements to our Alma Mater. Six new rooms were added: among them were two sparkling science rooms for RPHS. Four townships combined to form the New Prairie Metropolitan School District, which will become a big factor for Rolling in future years. Although this was one of RPHS's off years in basketball, we did triumph in two respects: In the sectional our school was revenged against our No. 1 foe--U.T. by beating them by 3 points. Michigan City couldn't have been any prouder than we were then!! Rolling also took honors in the All-Sectional basketball team in the form of Glenn Swanson, a Sophomore here. His outstanding marksmanship on the floor was another thing we are proud of. Yes, it was quite a year for everyone----—--————————quite a WONDERFUL YEAR!
