Meeting of old and new friends. 4 Band went to Riverview. We had a happy go lucky time. 5 Baseball season with our first game with Mill Creek. We lost 8-2. 9 Rolling and LaCrosse baseball game. We left in high spirits. We won 11-1. 13 Bulldogs played a good game with Union Township. We won 3-0. 16 Rolling over Kingsbury. 5-3. 19 Guess what, Rolling beat Clinton. 7-5. 20 FTA Dance. Hot band, cool music. 23 Rolling played Wanatah. Retained winning streak. 6-2. 26 In the game with Union Mills, we came out on top. 12-7. 30 Rolling downed Westville. Five ran victory for us. 7 Rolling rolled over Hanna. We won 11-4. 10 Rolling edged over Stillwell. 10-8. 19 Cheerleaders went to convention at Portland. Brought back new yells. 22 Seniors had pictures taken. 23 Eleven of our seniors jaunted off to Washington D.C. We had a very exciting time. 23 Sophomores soc hop. 25 State teachers institute. Vacation for students. 28 Junior play. Big turnout. 1 Walkerton basketball game was the opening thriller, but luck wasn't with us. 5 GAA initiation. Poor freshies. 7 Ups and downs with Wanatah but we came out ahead. 15 Great game with Union Township, but outcome was a disappointment. 22 Hate to say this but we were defeated by Hanna. 26 St. Joe had too much height and too much power. 27 More struggles, we lost again to Union Mills. 3 Dangerous and tough, lost to New Carlise. 6 Defeated La Crosse. Homecoming queen dance afterwards. 13 Hurray for our side 75-33 over Westville. 58 14 GAA formal. Judy Green was crowned our queen. 17 Senior pictures arrived. 19 Band Christmas concert. 21-6 Best time of year, Christmas vacation. January 6 Seniors attended Citizen's Committee Meeting. 7 St. Mary’s won because they had 3 more points than us. 10 The boy's basketball team rocked Clinton back on their heels. 16 Semester tests. 17 Rolling traveled to Kingsbury, came home in high spirits. 18 Tough competition with Chesterton but we came out on top. (Score 52-51). 22-25 County Tourney. Opening thriller Wednesday night, Rolling clashes with Union Mills. We won 51-30. Friday night we defeated Hanna, 50-32. In the semi-finals we downed Union Township at a score of 39-33. At last we are in the finals and we won the championship by defeating Wanatah. 60-40. 27 Last day on the Annual. And we hope everything comes out as we have planned. February 8 Band solo and ensemble contest. We did our best. 9 Latin club trip. March 19-22 Sectional. Hope we do the same in the sectional as we did in the tourney. 15 Alumni Dance. We all had a very enjoyable evening. April 28 Spring play. 29 District band and glee club contest. 19 Good Friday.
