DESPITE A HECTIC SCHEDULE, Principal Frank Ferguson manages to find a few solitary moments of thought. Mr. Ferguson Pursues Two Major Goals Accrediting the school was one of Principal Frank Ferguson's main goals. Representatives from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges conversed with students, faculty and personnel. We answered questions, completed forms, attended interviews and tried to forget that the whole process will be repeated in four or five years. Nlr. Ferguson's second goal was to eliminate misunderstandings through improving student- teacher relationships and creating more mutual respect and trust. Checking campus occurrences, attempting to diminish a ton of mail to half a ton, visiting classrooms, and attending meetings, meetings, meetings, left him little time for trivia. Dr. Arthur Townley took charge of guidance and curriculum: lVlr. William O'Rourke directed student management and Nlrs. Beatrice Cron handled girls' discipline. We saw a lot of them.
