 The time is 1962 and the class of '52 is holding their class reunion. Roll call will be answered with wha- you, the graduate of 1952, have done with yourself »n the past ten years. Kathleen Anderson, what have you to say for your- self? I am the first women hermit to inhibit the North Pole, and I am now operating an orphanage for penquins. Margo Benitez answered the call by telling us that her vivacious personality landed her a position as Martha Carr's right hand assistant. Miss Benitez gives out with all the dope on how to develop your person- ality or burst. Lucien Bolon and Betty Frsot have taken advantage of their clowning abilities and are sharing top billing at the Phelps County Fair each year. The climax of their act is when Betty is shot out of a Greasy-Richard Beer Can-non. Elbert Childers comes back once each year and walks through the second floor hall to sing, I'm Walk - ing The Floor Over You , in memory of that cute little underclassman who was always seen in the first floor hall. Barbara Barner is now secretary to Kenneth Riley who is now running for president of the Garlic Club on the Vegetarian Ticket. Sam Wyant is his publicity chairman Kenneth Jackson is his running mate, but wife Mary Boyd is trying to get him to give up politics in favor of their huge Jersey ranch. Hugh Harrison was discovered by an MGM talent scout because of his romantic inclinations. He has re- placed Charles Boyer and can be seen in many of the top dramas as the greatest lover of the century. His latest picture, Come With Me To The Cow Barn , may be seen at the DeAtley Theatre owned by Jack Nelson. Jack bought Carney out and has added two more movie places to his vast chain of enterprises. DonnTankersley is top star in the Grand Ole Opery down in Nashville, Tennessee, and his latest smash hit is. Let Ole Mother Nature Have Her Way . Frankie Watson tells us that he has taken over the management of the United Telephone Company so that certain operators may have more time off. Carolyn Rankin and Elsie Underwood have combined their mathematical genius and have taken over Ein- stein's position. Class beauty, Pat Spradling, is a Towers model. She models corsages for Towers' Florist shop. Doris Wells is editor and publisher of the Vodka , leading Mussion newspaper. She is assisted by Mary Ann Stephans who draws the strips—comic strips that is. Both girls finally trapped their dream men and are happily married. Lois and Minnie Inman finally discovered twin broth- ers and married them. Both have a set of twins named Vaseline and Gasoline, and Clorox and Purex. Donna Klesath and her sailor from Alaska are hap- pily married and make their home in the four winds and the seven seas. Eddie Faust is drawing Alley Oop for the Monthly Snooze, a hotrod magazine owned by Marlin Lile, who is now hot rod king of the United States. Carolyn Kingsbury has success—in leading Jim Marlow to the altar. They are now the parents of two children. Their wedding vows were read by Gene King who is the minister of the Podunk Church. The rage on television is Musclar Mamie and Little Lorene . Just in case you didn't recognize them it is our own Marlene Walrath and Lorene Stogsdill. They have taken over the wrestling world and Little Lorene is the top of the two. Their top billing is swiftly losing ground to Slugger Larry Roach who is now featherweight champion of the world. Mary Ann Scovell and Nancy Roemer have combined their talents and are demonstrating Slap Stick make-up. They have been a big hit in their various appearances throughout the country, and their next demonstration will take place in No Woman's Land. Charley Ware finally gave up and took over his father's garage; he makes over $1,000,000 a year and gives it all to charity. Pauline Weber is at present an interperter for the United Nations, and in the past ten years she has learn- ed 23 different languages including pig latin. Willie Wilcox gave up on finding a red headed mate and married Janet: they now reside happily in Florida, where' Bill has discovered a new shrimp boat industry. JeanneRuede,the gal voted as having the best line, has made the most of her title and has been married three times since May, 1952. She would not give the names of her husbands, however. Keith Smith played professional football until three years ago, when he retired and gave it up in order to be near Diane. Joe Neil Williams took over his father's stores in Rolla and Springfield and sells shoes to Velma Stra whun, who owns and operates a chain of fish markets. Lynn Kennedy is now head wholesale buyer for Robert O’Malley, who has bought out Macey's in New York. Erma Pugh is chief manager. Sherry Taylor who runs a chain of bakeries, has just recently started distributing free donuts and buns. As a result she is being sued by Jackie Williams, attended by Dr. Janet Houston, who was poisioned by a 3 year old donut which got to her by mistake. Sherry is think- ing seriously of skipping the country if she can persuade Cleo Denton to rob the bank at which she is working in St. Louis, to leave with her. Carol Carney, now Mrs. Chet Neal, and Marlene Brown are playing nightly at the Chase Club in Lee Coursons band. They really wow them with their version of Pass the biscuits Mirandie . Barbara Jackson voted best citizen in '52 gave up a career as a congresswoman and is happily married. In- stead of the Three Bears Barbara tells her children about the constitution. Tom Kilpatrick now mayor of the city because of his ability to talk, has appointed Margaret Gelvin and Tom Stogsdill as his chief right hand men. They in turn have appointed Hal Hudgens as Dog-catcher. Connie Stair and Joe Marling are happily married and live in a citrus grove in East California. Bob Roark is chief orange picker assisted by Chess Smith who gave up the Smithsonian Institution. 10
