R011 Red Rollers 1951-'52 The Roll Red Rollers starting the season with a loss came back in the second game winning over St. Paul. The team not winning too many games pulled through to win the Blind Tourney at Montpelier, The Rollers defeated the Chester Indians and Montpelier Pacers to cop the title as Blind Tourney Champions, All the team, though not a too successful season, played hard and brilliantly at all the games with the backing of Coach Bill Payne and Assistant Coach Art Caldwell. Everett Cadbury, Student Manager for four years, will receive a jacl-'et with four stripes. , Trophies will go to Jim Dickey and Franklin Payne. Jim getting one for the most free throws made, making 68 out of 128 tries and Franklin one for the best percentage of 596. Seniors receiving baseball letters will be Arthur Dailey, Bob Gavin, Bill Blaindell, Cody Cook, Charles Kellogg, and Tom Shields. Arthur Dailey will receive the trophy for the best batting percentage. Art's percentage was .54l. 35
