CLAUDE EUBANKS Superintendent In looking back over the 14 years that I have been associated with the Roland Public Schools, I have seen many, many changes take place. How vividly I recall that hot, summer day in the summer of 1957 when Ifirst walked on the campus! I have been privileged to be a part of our fine community and school ever since then. Ihave seen many tragic things happen, many happy oc- casions, much hardship and failure, much joy and achievement, much sorrow and frustration, much gladness and accomplishment. It has given me a personal sense of satisfaction to have been a part of helping our youngsters to reach their goals! I shall not forget the fine young men and women who have come through our school system during my time here. I cherish their friendships and share in their deep feeling for our school. Neither shall I forget the many, many friends outside the school - people who have given so much of themselves to help their children. I am proud of our youth! I am proud of our school!
