STUDENT GOVEllNl5lENT TIIAINS F011 THE FUTURE NCE again student body government demonstrated its value and emciency. lVlany projects were undertaken during the school year, and all of them were brought to a successful conclusion. The scrap and magazine drives, the lied Cross Campaign, sale of war stamps and bonds, luetter attendance campaign wcre highlights of student activity. Through the efforts of home room ollicers the Treasury flag was awarded to our school for ninety percent sales of stamps and lmonds. Vice presidents conducted successful Roundup and Vaudeville sales cam- paigns. Deputies came in for their share ol' duty in keeping the halls orderly and traltie unsnarled. Many new students from all parts of the nation enrolling at Will liogcrs kept ushers and usherettes busy getting them acquainted and making them feel at home. Athletic representatives, hoth the lxoys and girls, materially aided a linc intramural sports program. All these activities. and many more were competently discharged hy student lmody representatives with the excellent cooperation ol the students themselves. Thus Will Rogers contributed its hit toward eventual victory and peace - - - DEPUTIES Front ROW! Nlaxinv liolun. lSzil'luai':v llilulions. .Inns-l l.4-.nllnmitcig Ile-lu thiilinklc.
