P HE Girls Leaders Corps under the direction of Mrs. Davis and Mrs. Boyd is composed of representatives from each class and various other oflicers of our school. This group dis- cusses and solves many problems that come up in physical education. The girls work out rules and other parts of the physical education program. Sports events such as festivals, play days, and Olympics are planned by this organization. This year the Girls Leaders Corps has con- tributed a great deal towards the school's wel- fare. The girls have put forth an effort to make this school a better one. During health month, April, many of the girls drew posters on posture or health. The posters were then sent to department stores such as Buffums' where they were on display. The Leaders Corps has also done many other things to add to our'Will Rogers Junior High School, and have tried hard to participate cooperatively with the rest of the schools, activi- ties. Mrs. Davis, Mrs. Boyd, Doris June Miner, Janice Roudebush, and Patricia Rolo, our teachers and officers, have kept the Leaders Corps the organization it is.
