The Second Mates Help Chart Our Course The Boys ' Federation is or- ganized to provide experience in operating a democratic organi- zation. Executive officers and home room representatives are elected by popular vote. Among its functions are Hall Patrol, Conductors, Fire Squad and Athletic Patrol. Activities in- clude nine general cons and nine sectional meetings, Mother-Son Banquet, Dads ' Night, voca- tional conference and intramural sports. E. B. CHRISMAN, Boys ' Federation Adviser The Girls ' League is an or- ganization of all the girls in our high school, in which the inter- ' ests and needs of these girls determine its form, its purpose and its activities. Some of the objectives of the league are: To promote friendship among the girls, to cultivate ideals of patriotism, loyalty, personal hon- or, responsiblity and service; to inspire achievement on scholar- ship, leadership and school ac- tivities.
