SCENES OF THE VISITING COMMITTEE ' S REPORT i o the Administration, Parents, and Rogers Family: This message is to express formal appreciation to everyone who has contributed to the Self- Study of Rogers Junior-Senior High School during ' the 1967-68 school term. Without your genuine interest and concern for the up-grading of Rogers High School, our dreams of accredi- tation would have been virtiftilly impossible. s PRINCIPAL ' S MESSAGE During the 1967-68 session, time and events brought the Rogers Junior-Senior High School face-to-face with the greatest challenge in its history. We were challenged by the standards of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to extend our horizons, set new goals, substantiate our philosophy through well-defined aims, objec-- tives and educational practices. Our Self-Evaluation was the most revealing and rewarding experience ever for the principal, faculty, students, parents, and laymen of the Rogers High School community. I take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to each individual and agency who helped to make our efforts to become a member of the Southern Association of Colleges and School a real success. I highly commend the Annual Staff for this most outstanding publication. Certainly, this represents many hours of hard work-planning, collecting and arranging such a wonderful display of many of our educational activities. Surely this publication of the TIGER will stand out as a Special in the hearts and minds of those who shared the toils and blessings of this session. Z ruc X Xi2-iyit iy ' ' jf.d .
