A fourth had dumped apple sauce, mix vegetables, milk, and catsup on his sand- wich, and was now in the process of breaking the prongs off his fork and sticking them into the bread. Later, as I was walking with him to the nurses office, leaving a custodian to clean up the mess in the john.
