K Memories of Don Mesnard will linger long in the minds of his friends and classmates in future years. Don, an eighth grade student, lost his life in a motor bike accident on December 29, 1953. Don was a friendly boy, well liked by his fellow students and teachers. He was an alert boy, regular in attendance, courteous and prompt. His grades were average, and he was very much interested in reading. His main interest seemed to be mechanics. He displayed much common sense and could often answer questions about every day things of which the average eighth grade pupil knows Iittle. -The Mountaineer Uanuary 29, '54j published by the Journalism Depart- ment of Rogers High School.
