Benefit Parties Highlight Activities The 1978-79 Student Congress, under the presidency of Randy Kuzawa, took part in many interesting and helpful activities this year. At the end of the basketball season, they threw a highly successful toga party. They also held a Halloween Party, a Christmas Party, and a roller skating party that the entire student body could attend. Further- more, the club also took up a collection for the Santa Claus Girls and participated in the WGRD St. Jude School-a-thon.

Key Club Unlocks National Honors Under the leadership of Mr. Reed and co-presidents Randy Kuzawa and Anne Noseworthy, Key Club once more proved to be the most active organization at Rogers. Exciting events of the year included Teacher Appreciation Week and the state convention held at Port Huron. Among the many service projects that the members worked with was weekly tutoring of elementary students and a spring picnic for the underprivileged children in the Wyoming area. At the state and national convention the club was honored as being one of the best in any high school.
