WmtlmPui tkb Moves Otv The Wrestling Team did a fine job this year. Scott Friberg, John Figueroa, Tim Carrel and Jeff Klomparens placed in the District finals. In the Regionals Jeff placed second while John placed fourth which qualified both wrestlers to advance to the state competition. Jeff Klomparens, the only senior on the team, concluded his season with a fine record of 35-5. In Jeff ' s total career of varsity wrestling, he earned over 100 wins.

Boys Gyhwctstics Oppomck Tough This year the Boys Gymnas- tics Team competed against tough teams including East Lansing, Alpena, and Hills- dale. Those competing in state competition were Mike Popma, horse; Paul Schmitt, rings; Dave Lyon, trampoline and floor exercise; Scott Ezinga, high bars; and Dennis Heibel, parallel bars . I A.
