During their Junior or Senior year, students have the opportu- nity to attend Kent Skill Cen- ter. Among the courses offered are: cosmetology, accounting, auto mechanics, and data proc- essing. Approximately 70 stu- dents were involved in this pro- gram. Mr. Ekema takes a coffee break. The metals class watches the iler. The 1976-77 house. Bill rolls on. Builder Bruce Hinkley. Vcvtstty Cluh The Varsity Club met the first Monday of the month. Besides keeping the popcorn going on Fridays 7th hour and after school, they had initiations, pizza parties, attended the Golden Gloves, and a Piston basketball game. They ran the Canteen at all home games and other events that took place at school. This year the President was Dean Coates; Vice Presi- dent, Don Bigelow; Secretary, Dale Bremer; Treasurer, Rob Wellington; and Sergeant-at- Arms; Jeff Klomparens. A. A tired and cold skier heads for the warm lodge. B. Dean displays superb style skiing down the slope. C. The 1976-77 Ski Club. D. Hang on, Nancy! E. Kim enjoys the beautiful view from the chair. F.
