Uur Dedication 1974 The 1974 VULCAN staff dedicates this volume of the VULCAN to the late Mr. Nolan F. Parsons. Mr. Parsons taught Basic Electronics at Rogers Vocational Center for five years. Many students did not get to know Mr. Parsons, they do not miss his quiet, friendly, and understanding personalityg but to the ones who knew him there will always be the loss of a good friend. Mr. Parsons will long be remembered by the students and faculty of Rogers. We, the 1974 VULCAN staff hope to keep his memory alive through this book.
