Four years ago we en+ered Roger Bacon High School as a large group of wide-eyed and Hm- orous freshmen. Swi'H'ly +hose four years have sped by. and foday a hundred and six s+uden+s prepare +0 leave +he school as i+s ninfh graduafing class. +he Class of I937. During +hese four yearsl we have accumula+ed many fond memories' memories of some of +he happiesf days in our young lives; and we have formed many friendships. all of which we hope will confinue long aHer our graduaHon. We've grown in +hese 'Four yearsephysically and men+ally; and we've been enriched th genuine principles and IoHy ideals oi: living. Only now as we prepare +0 leave Roger Bacon do we begin +0 realize wha+ an immeasurable debi' we owe Jthose pries+s and +eacher's who have devo+ed +heir Hme and service +0 us +ha+ we migh'r ob+ain +he full benefits of a Ca+holic educaHon. Here we learned +0 regard books as our mos+ silen+ bu+ mos+ helpmtul friends and associ- a+es. . . . . ewe . . . . Anofher familiar place is our spacious audiforium. Here we gafhered every Thursday for our religious assemblies and every Friday for our communify singing programs; here we cheered and applauded a1 pep- mee+ings: here we offen sa+ affenfively Iisfening +0 Fa- +her Juvenal and our Jreach- ers a+ s+uden+ assembiies.
