Shibley. freshmen The Freshman Class at its first meeting of the year elected Jack VValchi, president of the class, John Smith, vice-president, Bud Green, secretary, and Jim Sparks, treasurer. Near the beginning of the school year, they sponsored an assembly welcoming the seventh graders. Speeches were made by difterent mem- bers ofthe Freshman Class explaining the activ- ities ofthe different clubs to the seventh grade.
