Treasurer Junior Talent Night was the first thing that the Juniors did after electing officers. This was held in the middle of November and was a success both in the eyes of the audience and of the treasurer. The pro- gram under the direction of Miss Strawn, Mr. Rich- ards, and M r. Mayer, consisted of fourteen acts which took place on board an ocean liner the last night out. There was every thing on the program from a harmonica duet to a mock wedding. ln February they presented the VVashington Birth- day Ball at Beach Gym featuring Ho raee Sambrooli,s Orchestra. Though they lost. money on the dance every one that attended enjoyed himself immensely. mi

senior class will T seems that the members of the Rocky River High School Senior Class of 1937 held a class reunion last night in honor of their being out of high school for twenty long years. The reunion was evidently a most successful one, as the bulk of the Class isn't home nursing headaches today, nor is it sick with indigestion or over-indulgence, but rather, the whole Class, excluding none, has spent a quiet and peaceful night fexcept for a few of the more boisterous members, in the local house-gown. Not one member, not two members, but all of the mem- bers fexeluding myselfj are in jail charged with disorderly conduct and a general disturbing of the peace. As a result, each member of the 37,' Class has carved a niche for himself in the county jail,s Hall of Fame. Let's look them over and see how the Class as a whole has fared during the last twenty years. Here is Margaret Fergus who now, because of her mother's retirement, runs the High School cafeteria. It has been said that two chickens run through the soup now instead of one. Ah, here is Ilse lklueller, who came home from Germany especially for this reunion. VVe hear that she has been there since she went on the 1937 German Tour, and that she is now Working for Hitler. Margaret Cobb, Jean Horning, and Susan Sullivan have been employed by ESQUIRE to make the jokes funnier, the record in the Hall of Fame tells us. VVe're glad to say that Edna Park finally married her 'dream man'. As a sideline, she and Jeanne Hintzelmann run an up-to-date model school. Bob Stangl and Jack Springer have invested most of their capital to buying land in Little America in preparation for the coming real estate boom. TWVE WTY-UNIX E, the graduating seniors of the class of 1937, having been proven, partially at least, in our sane mind, do hereby bequeath, will, and donate all articles as speci- fied in the following document: Collectively we leave to the faculty and re- maining students our memory, that they may cherish it. y To the incoming seniors we leave 207, the sen- ior homeroom. Accept and inhabit it with the reverence and respect due to hallowed ground. To the school at large we leave all stray text- books, scrap paper, worn out chewing gum, and a strawberry lollypopjn the second seat of the third row in 207. Individually we bequbath the following: Dick Bailey leaves his skill with the tennis racket to Helen Hibbard, but he thinks heill take his newly-acquired record with him. Ed Finley leaves akwell worn path between study hall and the office. Marjorie Abbott sorrowfully leaves her pals, Mr. lllayer and Mr. Bowen. Margaret Cobb and Vivian Mitchell jointly leave their nerve-racking giggles to Miss McKee and Miss Gray. , Bill Henkes leaves this yearls crop of whis- kers to anyone with nerve enough to wear it. Harvey Dworken leaves his ability to explos- ively cope with Mr. Mcliane to Ed Doty, who is also leaving. Phil Dutton leaves his villain-like appear- ance to Harry Ashby. Charlie Stender and Harry Larsen leave the German band to posterity. flt got lost some- where in the rushj. Dolores Smith leaves the Newman Studio with some good advertising material. In April the Junior-Senior Banquet was held at the High School Gym. A banquet was held in the gym after which a program was presented in the auditor- ium with the Seniors providing the entertainment. Later in the evening there was dancing in the gym. Junior boys were prominent in athletics, eight boys being awarded football letters and five boys re- ceiving basketball letters. A number of the boys participated in the spring sports. The boys were also active in the intramural sports. They were also busy in the Hi-Y. The girls were active in Friendship Club and G. R. I.. The whole class par- ticipated in the Dramatic Club, Debate Club, Iyaku, Lens and Shutter Club, Music Club and the Paper Club. The Juniors will look back on this year as a very J successful one. WM?
