faculty Among the new members on the teaching staff this year were Miss Priscilla Boyer, public speaking teacherg Mr. Edward Mulvihill, football and tennis coach and instructor in book- keeping and business arithmeticg and Mr. Arthur Bridenbaugh, chemistry, physics, general science, and algebra instructor. The new teachers have all taken a very definite place in our school activities, and the old teachers have continued making themselves more indispensable to us. The faculty has a social group called the 'l'eachers' Asso- ciation for the purpose of giving parties and becoming better acquainted. Each year they elect a president, this year's being Mr. Bowen. It has been the custom to have four parties a year: however, this year they had but two, one at Christmas and one in the spring. The fall and spring gatherings are enjoyed especially, for they are often picnics in Metropolitan Park. In spite of all that is said about teachers in general, we students really appreciate their patience and perseverance and wish to thank our faculty for their help.
