The effectiveness of this fine system is due to many things but much credit can be readily and worthily given to our president, Dr. Widenhouse, who has contributed much to the growth and development of RMC . Three other important figures that stand out as individuals in- valuable to the functioning of the college are our deans, Dr. Small, Mr. Jamison, and Mrs. Ryniker . The duties of these three, even though often difficult, are always capably handled . These experiences are influential in building the character and ideals that are to serve us our entire lives .
