He ex- celled in sports and was slated to be on the starting football line up. He was a diligent worker for his church and a leader in hisiscout work. He was out- standing in his school work and popular with his school mates. Today he is out of his iron lung and free from all danger, but he still shows the fighting spirit that we all admire and respect.
