ll Ll NJ I1 IQ! - -i, ,- Y . ... ,. was-.. MRS. BESSIE CARR MISS ELEANOR PEARSALL DEDICATIQN We, the Hi-Noe-ArSta1T, respectfully dedicate the 1944 Hi-Noc-Ar to Miss Eleanor Pearsall, Librarian, and Mrs. Bessie Carr, Secretary. These are the unsung heroes of the Rocky Mount Hil' School, whose services have consistently been above the line of duty. Long after we have closed our text-books and gone through the halls for the last time. we will remember these two, Miss Pearsall is prized by all the students for the fluency of Latin and French translations, her knowledge of books and authors, and her accurate memory of history dates. She has tutored and helped pass us all. Mrs. Carr is always ready to do mo1'e than is required of her. Eagerly and willingly she works for the benefit of the students. Those of rs who have found it necessary to go to the office ffor one thing or another! have found her pleasant smile and dheerful disposition a perfect gloom chaser. And so, with sincere admiration for their accomplishments, and a heart full of love for them as individuals, we humbly dedicate this, the 19-14 Hi-Noc-Ar. Page T11 ree
