FACES GOING PLACES Faces were going places from day one of the 180-day school year. On August 25, 438 stu dents and 34 teachers began a year filled with spirit Welcome to the Jun- gle! Face Ss were ap- palled as they first en- tered the hall and witnessed the multiple shades of green. After the initial shock, stu- dents were pleased to fi- nally have ‘‘clean”’ lock- ers Another major change was the addi- tion of more teachers which meant more class offerings and fewer stu- dents in each class. Eve- ryone has to work harder now — more homework. Most stu- dents, however, do their homework at school just before it is due. Some students took advantage of the dual credit courses and are enrolled in classes for which they will receive high school as well as college credit. WCC of- fered a computer class at our school. Students teachers, and the public took advantage of this opportunity. Two stu- dents travel to WCC to take calculus Customers needed at Se- nior Class Concession.
