The Rockwall High School Golf Team competed in the Regional Golf Toumament held North Texas State University in Denton on April 28th and 29th. The Yellowjackets ished in 4th Place, and missed qualifying for the State meet by six strokes. ln the second round, the team broke a school record with a score of 300. The team :mbers who broke the school record are: Jason Hill, Lenny King, Joel Catalano, Jack etcalf, and Billy Hansen. Last year's school record of 305 was made by team members ,ke McCoskey, Eric Holt, Rob Hunt, Jason Hill, and Brant Kizer. lason Hill was in 3rd place for Medalist Honors after the first day, and was forced into a iden death playoff against Chance Blythe of Waxahaehie. He eagled the Par 4 17th Hole win a birth to the State Meet in Austin on May 12th and l3th. Jason's two-day score was -67 C1391 His score of 67 broke his own record and school record of 70 this year at The ores.
