What Is School? School is where the bus stops to deliver its load, School is a combination of laughter, winning, tears, losing, living flesh and blood known as youth. School is the happy moment when the football sweetheart and valentine queen are crowned, School is a science lab full of mad scientists working on some new formula. School is a place that is one moment quiet serenity until the ring of a bell brings shouting and laughing students pouring into the halls. School is the teacher who trys to get us to learn things we some- how just never get around to learning, School is a lace where we o to esca e from homey where we P 8 P go to greet our friends, School is a parent who expects an A from a C head and usually gets a C from an A head. School is the principal who is always very interested in our reason for being absent the day before. School is bonfires, pep rallies, the colors orange and white, and the Aggie War Hymn. School is football, football, and still more football. School is many things to usg but, it is mainly aplace full of happy memories to us which we hope this yearbook will bring to mind in the years to come, wxgsjaaaf

It is, therefore, with deep appreciation and great re- spect we dedicate this 1964 JACKET to all the patrons of Rockwall High School, especially to our parents.
