MARY JEAN SMITH, talkative and witty, spread cheer among her classmates during all her years at Rockwall. During her last year she served the student body as vice-presi- dent of the Student Council and was also a member of the annual staff. She was an active member in F. H. A. and served as an officer her junior and senior year. She placed 3rd in the district typing con- test and then entered the regional contest her junior year. Typing and shorthand are her favorite subjects and her favorite sport is football.

ROBIN SLAUGHTER, one of Rockwall's friendlier students, has contributed much of her time to the activities of the annual. She has also been an active member of the F, H. A. for the past four years and was a member of the band during her freshmen year. RODNEY SMITH, began his schooling at Rockwall as a first- grader. He has been a loyal student through the years and has gained numerous friendships that will last for years to come. Rodney showed great school spirit through his membership on the football team. Rodney also took a part in the Junior Class play No Boys Allowed , and proved himself to be a great ham actor.
