RUSSELL BRASWELL, a well-liked student at R, H. S. , has participated in varsity football during his junior and senior years. Russell was given the Fighting Heart award his junior year. He has exhibited his talents and interest in journalism through his work as Sports Editor of the Jacket Buzz. Russell came to R, H. S. in 1959 and will long be remembered by many ofthe faculty by his love of argument.

BERTHA BARNI-IART, quiet, nevertheless very co-operative has attended Rockwall since the first grade. During Bertha 's years at R. H. S. she was a member of the basketball team and of the volleyball team. Her favorite hobby is collecting records, her favorite pastime is listening to records, and her favorite subject is English.

WAYNE BROWNING, one of R. H. S. favorite and most active students has participated in many school activities. He has served his class as an officer for the past two years, was elected Mr. R, H, S. of 1962 and has been elected Most Studious for two years. He has been a member of the Student Council, and the Na- tional Honor Society. Wayne says that his favorite pet 's are kittens of the S. M. variety.
