I The first meeting of the Future Teachers of America was held under the supervi- sion of Mr. Robbins. At that time Maynard Graffam was elected president. No other officers have been chosen. During the year several new members were received into the club. A schedule for practice teaching was set up which gave each member a special time to act as a student teacher in the lower grades. We wish to thank Miss Graffam, Mrs. Barter, and Mrs. Farmer for their cooperation and helpful consideration. Helen Leland '57 R .il-.. The Library Club held its first meeting in September and the following officers were elected: President-Shirlene Heathg Vice-President-Jean Fryeg Secretary-Treas- urer- Sara Simonton. There were nine members who entered the club this year. During the year all members have acted as student librarians.
