The '76-'77 school year at Rockmont has seen growth in many ways. Among them, construction began on a new wing and aca- demics reached a new horizon with Associ- ate Arts degrees being offered. Dr. L. David Beckman became Rock- mont's President in 1963 when it was located in Longmont. In 1966, the col- lege's present site was found and it moved the next year. Dr. Beckman has maintained high per- sonal standards for the college by employ- ing a very able staff despite financial diffi- culties and low enrollment. The staff is not competent only in their profession, but also provide advice and spiritual counseling for the students. With love, the Yearbook Staff wishes to dedicate this book to Dr. Beckman for his contributions to the growth of Rockmont. -.,,,,-G
