The Rockets started the season with a victory over the alumni. Then they apparently fell into a slump in which several games were lost by close margins. Later, as the season developed, the Rockets again found their range and capitalized to produce some victories. Bill Barlow, the center, broke the previous school scoring record for a single game with a sizzling 48 point spree. Only two players, ppxw 4 Don Parkin and I im Skidmore, will be lost via graduation, 'f ' ' so the freshman dominated squad should be a strong contender next fall. The team has introduced college ball to Longmont, and the townsfolk had some fine ball games this season for their enjoyment.
