'Senior Ball was one of the highlights of our Senior year and was every- thing we hadralways wanted it to be as we danced amid 'Autumn Leaves' on October 24. 'Ted Sulliban's Variety Show, what a ball we had trying to produce thatl But on November 22, we put on a good show complete with commercials. Gerald Chadbourne was master oft ceremonies with all of the Senior Class and visiting talent taking part. Basketball season was great. We had everything we could have wished for and lots more. The mighty Bulldogs were on top all the way. Our Senior sneak was probably the most memorable event of our Senior year. For we truly had a wonderful time enjoying ourselves and being able to be with one another knowing that it was one of the last times we would be to- gether as a class. Graduation seemed far away at first but before we knew lt, it was upon us and we were walking down the aisle to the strains of Pomp and Clrcumstance ' amid the scent of sweet smelling roses and lllacs. Dimly we could see the look of mingled pride and sadness on the faces of our parents and relatives as we took our places for the last time as the 'Class of 1959. Our sponsor, Mrs. Vlolet B. Butler, is one person who we will remember and cherish all the days of our lives. For it is she who gave us a goal in life, telling us we would 'Never Walk Alone.
