0108 lfU0l Each year upon entering school, everyone of us is faced with new opportunities--opportunities to learn new things, to accomplish difficult tasks, and to participate in the sports and activities which add zest to school days. As a record of your accomplishments, the staff presents your 1911-8 Rocket-yours because each page reveals the familiar faces of your friends and teachers-yours because this volume, page by page, will bring to mind all the things you have done to make this year a memorable one. lt is our hope that in the years to come, when memories of high school days have become hazy, this volume will help you to recapture some of the light-heartedness and companionship which have been yours during your stay at Rockingham High School. It is our hope that in serving as a reminder of what you have done this 1948 Rocket will serve as a challenge to future accomplishments.
