'X GRE T SUCCESS On April 23 and 24 the Rockford Senior High vocal and drama departments presented the music spectacular, Briga- doonf' The gymnasium was filled to capacity for both per- formances. The musical concerned the mystery of a town in the Scot- tish highlands, Brigadoon. The beautiful musical back- ground provided by a select chorus and accompanist Don- nette Abbott and the scenery provided by the art department added much to the performance. Students in all grades were involved in several ways. There were those selected for the cast, townspeople, and dancers. Many volunteered their services to stage crews, prompting and lighting. The large attendance testified to both the hard work of the students and the success of their production. . . p 5 Nj,-ep I . if N 'W ,ef ' ' f .-'st hes ! vb A I i .1 'umg jsg M' Y 1 . ,. . - V 4, ,z u 1' ,la xmp f-lqr l'-, I f 3. f s ' '77 if .A 'i' E l-.E :, aA ' ,C ' ,. .:-.
