Staudt, L. Muller. Haller. W RRIORS TAKE II I'S AT DISTRICT Mr. Cazanas again stimulated the RSH students to active participation in extra-curricular speech. Twenty-eight War- riors went to district contest at Tripoli and came back with l 1 division I ratings, including the play, 'gDeath of a Hired Man . These people then earned the right to enter state com- petition at Dubuque. Here three division I and eight division ll ratings were earned. The speech team also entered the Upper Iowa Speech Festival at Fayette and expanded their horizons by attend- ing the Mohawk contest at Mason City. One-act play: A. Lines, J. Keniry, K. Staudt, J. Mike Schweizer, Bruce Lines, Bill Borchard, Art Lines, Joanne Keniry, Julie Paulsen, Judy Smith, Mary Morphew, Con- SEN ICDRS PRESENT FARCE-COM EDY After four exhausting weeks of rehearsal, the class of '68 presented their production of Quit Your Kiddin' , under the direction of Mrs. Patricia Ivy. The farce-comed proved to be hilariously funny as it featured a well-know senior boy plotting to become rich by disguising himself as a girl. Seniors who were not in the production itself were in- volved in various other aspects such as make-up, stage set lighting and advanced ticket sales. Everyone contributed The Bufords are delighted with Aunt Sophronia's gifts? ! to make the play a huge success' l 'tk .24 Z-z-z-Z ! Z-Z-z-z ! ! Winnie you're such a sweetie pie! Walk much?!
