BOARD OF EDUCATION We extend to the Rockford Board of Education and the Clerk our thanks for making the Rockford Public Schools a fine educational institution. To keep abreast of the times and advance each year require much effort on the part of the Board of Education. The seniors appreciate the fine service rendered by the present board members — L. W.
