Mr. Fred Bartlett is seen here with one of his agriculture classes. There are many boys who have learned a great deal about this subiect through his teaching. Along with the classroom activities the pupils have many outside proiects, such as, selling Christ- mas trees and taking care of the school forest. Mrs. Lena Wood can be seen throughout the day in the homemaking room. Her stu- dents have learned many helpful things which have proved to be of great import- ance in the home. Her students begin with sewing and cooking and also learn child care and helpful hints for the home. Mr. Jack Erickson teaches shop to Junior High students through Senior High. Many boys have lecirned how to make many things from picture frames to hi-ti sets. ln the seventh and eighth grades, the pupils begin making smaller articles and by the time a boy is in high school, he has learned to make coFfee tables or any of the more difficult proiects. Mrs. Mildred Hackett is here in her typing class. Every year she patiently teaches stu- dents how to type. lt is quite a struggle for most of them to learn the keys, but Mrs. Hackett usually succeeds. Mrs. Betty Roberts is our girls' physical education instructor. The girls all keep in trim shape by doing various exercises and playing different sports. The girls learn games and exercises that involve physical activity, and also help them keep mentally alert. Mr. Donald Verduin is seen here selling tickets to one of our many sports events. One of his regular iobs is teaching the boys' gym classes. He sees to it that all of the fellows are kept up to physical fitness. The boys play different sports, and have an all around program ot activities. Doris Langley is seen here in Mr. Fox's office where one will usually find her. She is not only a secretary to Mr. Fox bu a great assistance to all the student l oris can help one out with most ything. She's a great friend e er tu :nt t R.H.S.
