Under the direction of Mr. Linden Lundstrom and Miss Adeline Hoeg- berg, the production brought gales of laughter from two packed houses on the evenings of No- vember ZO and 21. The story revolves around a mysterious plot concerning the fate of a lost princess fMarie So- lemb found as an infant in a tulip garden by Dame Paula Clrene Haighth, who brought her up in the White Geese Laundry along with her six other daughters CMary Horst, Lois Bargren, Mary Ellen Roe, Mary Kaplanes, Priscilla Elmquist, and Katy Berglundj In reality Sylvia was the Crown Prin- cess of Zilania, but this was known only by Mikel Mikelowiski fDale Hawkinsonj When Prince Franz fEarl Kallbergb was about to inherit the throne, Mikel was conspiring to restore it to Sylvia. Mikel then realized his plans were becoming en- dangered by three scheming men fBrandt Gustav- son, Ronnie Husmann, and Bruce Greenbergj Difiiculties arose as Liane, a temporary employee in the laundry, was mistaken for the long lost prin- cess. A cycle of circumstances kept the story mov- ing to an exciting climax when the real princess married Prince Franz who then became King of Zilania. 11 0 Upper Final scene of operetta finds Prince Franz fEarl Kallbergj soon to become King of Zilania with the lost Princess Sylvia fMarie Solemb as his wife. O Lower Arriving at the Laundry of the XY-'hite Geese, Prince Franz is greeted by the laundresses employed by Dame Paula.

High Among Treasured Memories To a girl Rab the word dance recalls memories of tense moments spent anxiously awaiting a longed-for phone call. the joy she felt when the voice of her favorite escort asked if she would like to go to the dance next Sat- urday night, the hours spent planning what to wear and how to fix her hair, the last minute rush, and finally, the unforgettable evening of fun. A boy Rab remembers the long while it took to build up courage enough to ask his best girl to the dance, the happiness he felt when she said yes, the relief he experienced when he saw that she liked the corsage he had sent, the worry that there wouldn't be anything to talk about, and the excitement of the evening that followed. Because dancing is one of the favorite pas- times of Eastites, it plays an important part in all of East's wide variety of parties. 0 Center Randv Carlson is .ux-.irded llls captains har .it Milit x liill hv his sponsor lu lv McDonald O Right Rosie htit oinso tt X iis ii s ith titir its iuik Mt ntosh rs oem ind lim XX iskiuiitz K ' . 4 . . use ant re . .'
