f X v x as I s tri R b CGLLEGE GOVERNMENT BOARD College Government Board is the executive and legislative body of the College Government Association. The entire student body is included in this association, which may be called the instrument through which Rockford's social policies are formulated and enacted. It guides the community life of the college and protects the freedom of each individual. ' The Board makes, revises, or abandons the laws of College Government to accord with changes that time must bring. It also cooperates in carrying out faculty recommendations and in enforcing rules. Important individual cases are brought to the examination of the Judiciary committee which has as its chairman the Vice-President of the College Government Association. '
