The students especially enjoyed working with a land map of Rock Port. People from the community spoke to the students about small businesses, how checks work, and nuclear energy. A special unit on Mexi- can Christmas customs was culminated with the making of a pinata. The sixth grade teachers were Mrs. Linda Kincannon and Mrs. lulie Shrader.
