Reaching Out Mr. Gary Haddox was responsible for the success of his Psychology and Sociology classes. The first semester was devoted entirely to Sociology. Each student had to make a report on some current issue such as racism, welfare, and juvenile delinquency. In Psychology they had the honor of working with the Headstart Program. They also took a trip to a mental institution. All in all it was a pretty good year for the students. lt was one in which they learned a lot. fp il 'Stl Steve and Gerry study hard. Keeping Interested Mr. Gene Finke kept the interest in his World History classes and International and Domestic affairs class booming. The students in Int. 8: Dom. Affairs kept up on current issues. The Irs. learned a lot concerning World History. Mr. Gary Haddox taught American History to the freshmen and Geography to the Sophomores. He not only taught his students American History and Geography, but he kept them well aware of current affairs. Mr. Finke prepares tests for his students. Geography students put on a skit. Building Is Their Job This year like last year the carpentry class built a house, A lot of hard work and sweat goes in to building a house. The top right picture shows the house in the fall of '74, The middle picture is Marion Lutz and Richard Esser putting up pipes in the basement. In the bottom left picture, the class is getting instructions from Mr. McLaren. Greg Groff and Jerry Clemens in the bottom right picture, are hammering up wall coverings.
