Mrs. Schwartz attended Chadron State College in Chadron, Nebraska, where she received a B. S. in math. science Tokes o giont step forword This year 1972-1973 was a year of scientific discov- ery for the students in science, chemistry, and biology at Rock Port High School. During the course of the year, our adventurous scientists learned about animals by operating qdissectingj on them. The students were tuaght by Mr. Keith Harmon. The chemistry students balanced equations and performed many experiments. Students in these courses all discovered that they had taken a very interesting sub- ject. psych.-soc. explore the mind For the first time, psychology and sociology classes were offered as se- mester coursesg sociology the first semester and psychology the second. Both classes were taught by Mr. Bill Curry, who received his B.A. from Tarkio College. During both courses, the students conducted many exper- iments, the most involved was a three week study of the elementary students and their behavior patterns.
