Some students may feel this year only another year of lost books, broken lock¬ ers, smashed pop cans, pre-natal cours¬ es, missed deadlines, seven absences and lost credit; but to others this was the year of tennis championships, re¬ trieved Mohawk awards, regained open- lunch, self-scheduling, new courses, a rebuilt basketball team, and an involved student senate. Growing school spirit during the 1974-1975 year made the community around us realize the Rock” is filled to the top with concerned young adults. After working all night on their homecoming float. Seniors are determined to finish before the start of the parade, even if it takes all day, too. A new marquis purchased by the 1974 Positive Peer Culture Group, greeted students with a mes¬ sage of welcome. This picture of the marquis, ap¬ peared in newspapers all over the Midwest. Marty Bea gets some extra basketball practice in gym class, after all. practice makes perfect.
