Registration 15 Miss Stoit helps Cathy Bentley check to see if she has all the right classes. Self-scheduling for 1974-1975 gave Rocky students the new experience of choosing their own schedules. Informa¬ tion for the new school year began arriv¬ ing in early August telling of the assigned registration days. Termed as a ‘‘suc¬ cessful” operation, the alphabetical pro¬ cess resulted in few “loaded” courses and few serious schedule changes. Dif¬ ferent from first semester registration, second semester scheduling was com¬ pleted in the field house instead of the cafeteria during regular class hours with students substituting for the actual course teacher. This process was de¬ signed to place the load of responsibility of class decisions on the students. Buzzy Eagle and Linda Donlm work as fast as they can getting their classmates their IBM Cards.
