The three office secretaries are Mrs. Marilyn Henson, Mrs. Darlene Scott, and Mrs. Charlotte Rodemeyer. Mrs. Blanche Fellows, cafeteria director, is assisted in the preparation of cafeteria meals by Mrs. Jeanie Cocks, head cook, and 10 other cafeteria employees. In an average day, from 80 to 100 break¬ fasts are served, and from 800 to 900 lunches. In order for the cooks to prepare these meals, tremendous quantities of food must be ordered.
