FAREWELL, DEAR SEINIICRS Ch, seniors, now we see you go Step by step and row by row. The charming Marge Chaney and her court, How we will miss you and your sort! Then next the highstepping Harber Hall Who likes the Big apple much to call. O'boy, that Zimmer, see her go! Down to the library to study? Oh, no! And then Dave Terry of the golden locks, It's Ellen Spinsby for him who's tops. Then Barbara Fry and her tripping fingers And the great Fal Wood who around her lingers. Frank Forward for Jean Krick does go, But so did Howie Franck, we know. Then beautiful Shirley with glorious acting, And Byron Swedberg whom she's been attracting. The blond Tom Trafton on fact is feedingg He will not pause till his brains are leading. Ted Aguels voice rings mellow and blueg To Dorothy Howe we thought he was true. Now sweet little Leota with freckles galore, But David Handelman doesn't care if there's more Stanford Barker with his beautiful voice From blondes especially makes his choice. Sam and llfliriam of the Hi-De Ho, When they get together, just watch them go! Jerry lVIaggid and his violin The hearts of people and nations will win. Helen Passmore, she of the hustling air, Claims to ignore the boys, an attitude rare. Good-bye to you, welll miss you much. Farewell, toodle-oo, and more of such. WE HONCDR YOU of the annual this year. Her 'iGranny Painsherryn won acting honors and since then she has successfully emoted many times. Dick Langhinrichs has had important roles in many plays and was successful in oratory and debate for three years. This year he is captain of the negative team. He is to be commended also for his work in the Glee Club. Dick Hainline, president of the Senate and champion tennis player, was voted the most popular boy in school. His performances on the stage have caused many girls, hearts to beat faster. The lovable lllarge Chaney is pic- tured with him. llarge was vice-president of the Girls' Hi-Y last year and is secretary of the Senate. David fScottyj Terry and Ellen Spinsby have played opposite each other on the stage and did it so successfully that they continued it off the stage too. Ellen is on the declamation team, and lends a helping hand to any organi- zation that needs it. Scotty gave outstanding portrayals in UThe Vagabondu and Death Takes a Holidayfy He also struts his stuff during track season. Fal VVood and Dorothy Howe head the Boys, and Girls' Glee Clubs. They handled these important posi- tions very capably. Jean Krick and Barbara Fry are two girls who deserve a big hand. Jean has been behind the scenes for many a dramatic production, helping bliss Pete. She rates high in the Glee' Club and-she is the Valedictorian of the school. Take a bow, Jean! hluch of the credit for the musical successes of our school goes to Barbara Fry, who accompanies the Glee Club. Her flying fingers add a great deal to any performance. These are the people who have set precedents for future classes of our school. Lofty, leading seniors . . . VVe Honor You.
