SENIOR CLASS POEM The Seniors, ah, at last we are, The olass or 48; And it's been haro 8ut we’ve gone par, To GAIN OUR PRESENT STATE. We starteo off as nine freshmen In nineteen forty-four; We thought that we were mighty then, But let us tell you more. Two STEPS FINISHED; TWO STEPS TO GO, In nineteen forty-five; Then only six, we came to know, To DO WELL YOU MUST STRIVE . Our junior year, ano fewer still. Just five of us remaineo; A CLASS WITH STRONG DETERMINED WILL, And one new member gained. One olassmate moveo away ano then. Again just five we were; A olass entirely without men, Ano no one to oall sir . Now we're the all-girl senior olass, At last with pomp and powers; On graduation night we'll pass, With oiplomas finally ours.
