The scene moves on to a ranoh. There’s the sign--- Bar-X-Ranoh . Who could have prospered so? Wait, I see someone walking out of the door toward a limousine. She’s oarryino some papers. Maybe I oan get a glimpse of them. Oh yes, it’s CLEARER NOW. The BOLD LETTERING ON THE PAPERS INDICATES THAT THE 8EARER IS JEANNIE WAOOELL ON THE WAY TO HER POSITION AS HEAD SECRETARY IN THE STOCK YAROS IN DENVER, COLORADO. ShE IS STILL UNMARRIED, BUT I 8EE PROSPEOTS OF A HUSBANO SOON, FOR AMONG THE PAPERS ARE SEVERAL LETTERS WITH THE INITIALS C. L. M. ON THE RETURN AOORESS. Again there is a slur as various settings FLASH BY. When THE NEW LOCATION, AN OLD FAMILIAR TOWN, STEAOIES, I SEE LILLIAN LaGRANQE, OR RATHER Mrs. Jay Speck. Lillian ano Jay are living in Rock Islano where Jay is working for GeoroeBaker ON HIS RICE FARM. LlLLIAN SEEMS TO BE TERRI8LY upset. She just got word that her mother-in-law IS COMING TO VISIT THEM. THE FOUR OHILOREN ARE SO SPOILEO THAT SHE CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITH THEM ANO THEY WILL PROBABLY RUN THE POOR MOTHER-IN-LAW aesp Hi .

Jean Waddell wills her ability to pass a driver’s license test to Oorothy, who ooesn’t EVEN KNOW HOW TO ORlVE YET. Eunice Trapp wills her ability to boss people to Esther Curry. She also leaves the name Shorty , bestowed upon her last year by senior J0y DeFoor, to Ruth Miller Ruby Garoia leaves her oish-washino technique to Annie Ray, who will have the task soon.
