DRAMA CLUB Drama Club Members unsung, Drama Club Officers fLeft to Rightj: Alyson Turner, Presidentg Tammy Jo Haire, Secretary-Treasurer, Jef Bailey, Vice-president. 76 The Drama Club is open to all students with an interest in any aspect of the theater. These stu- dents present one play a year and attend the Pal- metto Drama Festival at Winthrop College. Guest speakers are invited to the meetings to give talks on the theater. The Drama Club is fun and infor- mative for all its members. The capable, popular sponsor of the Club is Mrs. Mary Wood Long, who is the heart and soul of drama at Rock Hill High. Members of the Club know they have the best drama coach in South Carolina as their mentor. Each year, under Mrs. L0ng's enthusiastic leadership, the Drama Club increases its membership and makes a really sig- nificant contribution to the cultural life of the High School.

FRENCH CLUB Le Cercle Francais is primarily in- terested in increasing the members' knowledge of the French language and culture.
