I5 THE MIXED CHORU The purpose of the Mixed Chorus is to pro- mote an interest in the best music, to have fun and fellowship as we sing, enjoy old and new songs, and to give pupils a chance to develop their musical talents. Through her love for us, Mrs. Guess has scolded, pleaded, wept, and praised Rock Hill High's Mixed Chorus into the fine musi- cal group that is recognized throughout the state for its high ratings in the State Music Festival. BOYS9 CLEE CL B The boys are called upon at various times to perform for social and civic groups. Once each week you probably hear harmony from the music room, as you never heard before. This is the Boys' Glee Club. They do fine work on contest pieces and this year have selected a Calyp- so group making themselves famous with the Banana Boat Song. The purpose of this club is to help boys ap- preciate the best in music and bring out their singing talents.
